This will help lower your stress levels adequately, and you will find yourself happier.

Laughing can be great because it lowers the cortisol (hormone) levels in your body. You will notice that once you laugh, your mood improves very quickly. This is the right way to stop the day-to-day negativity and problems that come your way. Text a friend, keep a book with funny jokes near you, maybe even watch a TV show or something that makes you laugh at home. All these simple things can help change your life and make it a bit more exciting and fun every day.

But what should you do to pamper yourself? This is different from one small business owner to the next. Massage or acupuncture can help you unwind and refocus. You can also take a long, refreshing bath and you will feel like new. Buy yourself something that you wanted for quite some time, but never got around to purchasing in the first place. It’s also a good idea to try and take a half-day off to do something fun.
